An easy stroll from the main Dromana supermarket, cafes and restaurants, leave your car in the driveway. Connect the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas by opening up the expansive bifold doors and breathe in the invigorating sea air from Thalassa – Greek goddess of the sea.

The heart of the house is the luxurious open kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is an entertainer’s delight with ample bench space and large 900mm Smeg oven and gas cooktop. Perch around the kitchen bench on one of the barstools for some lazy conversations over dinner prep, whether you are cooking up a storm or serving up some local takeaway. Open up the panoramic kitchen window and call the family in for dinner from metres away.

Enjoy your culinary creations indoors at the Tasmanian oak dining table with seating for 6 inside, or at the generous outdoor dining table on the covered timber deck to maximise the coastal resort feel. Enjoy your morning cuppa on the outdoor lounge gazing up at Arthur Seat’s Eagle chairlift, or sit down at twilight with a charcuterie board and your favourite glass of Mornington Peninsula wine.

Complete with a wood fire, Bose wave radio and Samsung SMART TV with Netflix/Stan capabilities, the indoor lounge is a great space to chill out with lovely views of the back yard. There are also board games in the study nook for old fashioned entertainment. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and ducted heating to the entire house. There is a second living area at the front of the property along with a second TV and DVD player. This allows groups to have several private spaces to spread out and create peaceful areas to unwind.

The master bedroom is located at the back of the property and opens up onto the alfresco deck. It has a QB, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom at the front of the property has a QB and BIR. The third bedroom has a king single bed, a single bed and BIR.

There are two bathrooms – one ensuite and one main bathroom. The main bathroom has an open shower and giant mirror with designer timber vanity as well as separate claw foot bath. There is a full laundry in the property with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is ensconced in a lush mature landscaped garden. At the rear, there is a private and secluded lawn area with a BBQ. See what goodies are growing in the raised vegie gardens and wash the sand off your feet in the outdoor shower.
